The basic step by step guide to use your Mailrelay account

We would like to give you a warm welcome and thank you for choosing us as your email marketing service provider, but we also are providing this step-by-step guide so you can create your first campaign as soon as possible. You can save this guide for future reference.

If after reading this guide you still have any doubt or need more information, don’t hesitate to contact us, our team will be glad to help you.

This menu will be the first thing you will see when accessing your account:

1 ) How to Create Groups to separate your contacts:

The steps are listed in the correct order to facilitate the use of the system. The first step will be to create a group, to separate your list by categories. By default, there is a group called “Default”, but certainly you will want to create another group.

To do this, click the menu Group Subscribers and then on Create. It is not mandatory to create another group, if you don’t want to do it, you can move to the next step.

2) How to Import your Contacts:

To import your mailing list, you only need to click the Import menu and then on Import again. If you want a more descriptive tutorial to guide you during this process, you can find it by clicking here .If you prefer, you can download a sample file to see how your mailing list should created, just unzip this file and replace the addresses, adding your own list of subscribers. This sample file  can be found here.

3) Creating your first newsletter

1: Click on Newsletters

2: You will see several options, click on Create newsletter.

3: Enter the subject of your email,

4: Select the group (default if you didn’t create another)

5: Click continue.

6: Now, the system will display the online editor, you can create your own newsletter or click on the upper left corner of your screen on “Use templates”.

7: If you choose to use a template, select it with the left button and click select.

8: Edit the template or newsletter, and click Continue.

9: Now just click save in the bottom of the screen.

Important:

Don’t create a newsletter only with images, if you do that, it is very likely that your email will end being marked as SPAM by the receiving internet service provider. If you want to import images into your newsletter, you can find a step by step explanation with screenshots by clicking here.

Also remember to include a link to give your customers the option unsubscribe from your  list, there is a step-by-step, you can find it here.

4) Sending your Newsletter

Once you’ve finished your newsletter, if you saved it, you will see a list of the created newsletters, similar to the following:

Pay attention to the icon on the right side of your screen, you will see a button labeled Send, click on it and you will see a popup like this one:

Select the Option Send Newsletter now to your Subscribers, select the group that will receive the campaign and click the Send button.

By following these steps you will be able to send your campaign to your subscribers.

    hola muchas gracias por la respuesta a mi duda, ya he aprendido a usarlo, me interesaria saber
    1) – cuantos mail puedo enviar por dia, y hasta que se completen los 3000 y si es en el plazo de un mes
    2) he notado que muchos mensajes de hotmail y gmail van a correo no deseado,esto tiene alguna solución?
    3) Estamos en la etapa de prueba del producto, que hasta ahora es el mas confiable en cuanto a claridad e informe del sistema.
    4) que beneficios adicionales tendríamos aparte de ser mas grande la base de datos y refiriendome al punto 1 en cuanto a la cantidad de envios diarios o modalidad de envío y 2 si cambiaría esa situación de que llegaran a bandeja de entrada.

      respondo a tus preguntas 🙂

      1) No hay límite de envío por día, puedes enviar hasta llegar al límite de la cuenta.
      2) Eso es porque existen aún configuraciones por realizar en tu dominio, consulta con nuestro soporte

      4) Las cuentas se diferencian en la capacidad de volumen que es posible enviar

    vuestra plataforma es una de las mejores que existe pero el único problema que le encuentro es a la hora de borrar suscriptores! que tienes que ir uno a uno…

    eso es un martirio… esperando alguna solución en bloque…

      ¡Hola! Es verdad que esa sección necesita ser mejorada. Pero tampoco tienes que ir uno a uno, puedes pinchar en uno y presionando la teclar CTRL ir haciendo click en más, quedarán seleccionados y los podrás borrar de golpe. Mientras mejoramos la sección es una ayuda espero 🙂
