New automated system for purchasing email marketing packages

Our email marketing software is even more complete.

From now on, you already can purchase packages from your panel, using our new system.

Thus, your campaigns will no longer be paused for lack of credits, you can purchase your packages automatically, selecting the plan you want.

You can purchase the packages immediately without having to wait.

Where can I find the new feature on the panel?

Very easy, after logging in, on the email marketing software you will see a new menu “Billing” with two options:New automated system for purchasing email marketing packages 1

  • Invoices
  • Packages

In the Invoices menu you can see the invoices generated by the system, clicking on packages you can purchase a new package for your account.

How does it work?

The first thing you will see is your current plan:

  • If it is monthly or prepaid
  • If it is Standard or Enterprise

And the limits:

  • Campaigns
  • Subscribers

This way, you can confirm your current package before purchasing a new one.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The packages are not cumulative between different versions, for example, you cannot accumulate credits if you have a standard prepaid package and purchase an enterprise package. You can only accumulate credits when the package version is the same.

For example, if you have a prepaid enterprise package with 25000 emails and purchase another enterprise package, you will have 50,000 emails

How to purchase?

Select the type of package:

  • Monthly
  • Prepaid

The sub-type:

  • Standard
  • Enterprise

After selecting the options, click on Order.

You will see this screen:

It is a management dashboard where you can make the payment, consult invoices, submit support tickets, etc.

If you already have a paid account, you will  have an email and password to access the system, but if you use a free account, you will have to create an account, just click the Create Account button.

After logging in, you will see a screen similar to this:

And for which Account your package will be activated.

Just accept the contract terms by marking  the checkbox and click the Order button.

What payment methods are available?

Currently you can pay with:

  • PayPal
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • PagSeguro

Is VAT included?

If you purchase from Spain, VAT will be automatically applied

Do I have to consider other factors when purchasing paid plans for this email marketing software?

Yes, for customers who order a monthly plan in Spain, we will send the contract via Adobe EchoSign, and you must sign it before the plan is activated.

Don’t worry, a consultant will contact you as soon as possible, if you are not in Spain that won’t be necessary.
